If your answer is yes, FirstBank is the number one place for you.A Brief OverviewSupport the IT Vendor Contract Manager with contract negotiations, compliance, vendor contract performance and foster collaborative relationships with vendor relations.What you'll do

· Draft, review, and negotiate IT vendor contracts to ensure favorable terms and conditions for the bank.
· Monitor contract performance and compliance, addressing any issues or discrepancies promptly.
· Develop SLA and Performance monitoring tools and appropiate reports or presentations.
· Collaborate with internal IT departments to understand their vendor needs and ensure contracts align with organizational goals.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all IT vendor contracts and related documentation.
· Conduct regular audits of IT vendor contracts to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
· Develop and implement strategies for IT vendor management and contract optimization.
· Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on IT contract-related matters.
· Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in IT vendor contract management.

Additional Responsibilities· Perform other duties as assigned.What You'll Need to Succeed· A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, Information Technology, or a related field.· At least three (3) to five (5) years of experience in IT contract management, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.· Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM) or similar certification, Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt are preferred.· Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Spanish and English).· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.· Attention to details, addressing customer issues or operational challenges efficiently.· Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite· Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards.· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER
