- 1-2 years of experience working in Customer Service or as Receptionist.
- Intermediate MS Excel skills.
- Organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Answer telephone, screen and direct calls promptly. Read all emails before the end of the working day; and answer all emails within 48 hours (unless an urgent matter requires immediate attention).
- Take and relay messages in a timely manner.
- Fax distribution and send faxes as requested.
- Monitor and authorize entrance of visitors, complete log.
- Greet visitors and notify pertinent individuals.
- Receive, sort, and promptly distribute mail to all departments.
- Scan all suppliers' invoices (including trucking department documents) and send them to accounts payables department.
- Complete courier documentation for outgoing mail as requested.
- Other duties required by the company.
