*Requirements*
  • Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • 1-2 years of experience working in Customer Service or as Receptionist.
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills.
  • Organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
*Responsibilities:*
  • Answer telephone, screen and direct calls promptly. Read all emails before the end of the working day; and answer all emails within 48 hours (unless an urgent matter requires immediate attention).
  • Take and relay messages in a timely manner.
  • Fax distribution and send faxes as requested.
  • Monitor and authorize entrance of visitors, complete log.
  • Greet visitors and notify pertinent individuals.
  • Receive, sort, and promptly distribute mail to all departments.
  • Scan all suppliers' invoices (including trucking department documents) and send them to accounts payables department.
  • Complete courier documentation for outgoing mail as requested.
  • Other duties required by the company.
