Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, manage appointments, and organize logistics.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Maintain accurate and organized filing systems (digital and physical).
Provide administrative support to multiple departments as needed.
Greet visitors and deliver outstanding customer service.
Process invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative forms.
Manage office supplies, vendor communication, and general office tasks.
Assist with data entry, record keeping, and internal documentation.
Requisitos:
Bilingual: English and Spanish (written and verbal required).
High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous experience in administrative or office support roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environ
