Organize, file, and maintain physical and digital documents efficiently and accessibly.4. Draft and prepare letters, emails, and other administrative documents.5. Provide administrative support to directors, including managing their agendas, tasks, and projects.6. Organize and coordinate appointments and meetings, ensuring an effective and conflict-free schedule.7. Coordinate the logistics of meetings, including scheduling, room preparation, materials, and follow-up actions.8. Control office supply inventories and place orders as necessary.9. Assist in preparing presentations and documents, as well as helping with operational tasks that require organization and attention to detail.10.
